Prior to that, I was SVP of Engineering and Product at LaunchDarkly. LaunchDarkly's feature management service helps thousands of software teams launch, control and optimize products faster with less risk.

Before that, I was an engineering and product leader at Atlassian, and helped grow from 25 employees to 2,500. I helped design and launch the Atlassian Marketplace, which has now paid nearly three billion dollars to developers.
